AI_Headshot_Generator (3)_edited.jpg

Born in Cleveland. Sharpened in the Navy. Refined on the streets, in the service, and across the sectors. Vegas based author Eric Deloach is a modern renaissance man with the soul of a storyteller and the grit of a warrior. Driven by a lifelong passion for comics, mythology, and authentic storytelling, Eric crafts unforgettable characters - from powerful gods like Astrius in Rage of Angels and Ascension: The Path to Polaris, to tough, justice-driven heroes like Malice Collissimo in In Harm's Way. With over three decades of public service and life experience woven into his narratives, he writes stories that blend raw emotion, mythical scope, and high-octane action. His novels don’t just entertain—they challenge, inspire, and redefine the kind of heroes we see on the page. His mantra? Simple, yet relentless: "If you want better results, do a better job" Eric applies it daily-in his writing, in his life, and in every tale he spins.

Snipets

"Too weary to defend himself, Astrius could only retreat into his
thoughts. He reflected on everything that had led him to this moment—
the revelation of his true heritage as the son of celestial entities, the
devil himself being his uncle, along with all the magnificent powers—
and the baggage that came with them.
His mind wandered back to the battles he fought and the hardships
he endured along the way. Each a crucible that tested his mettle and
resilience. He recalled the fierce confrontation with Enlil that almost
killed him, and how afraid he was facing the prospect of his own mortality. The
memory of corrupting Cassie Reyes with dark magic was etched in
his psyche like a painful scar, a stark reminder of his descent and
acceptance of the darkness within.
He could still feel the suffocating grip of the colossal Nephilim,
its monstrous strength threatening to extinguish his life and shatter
his invulnerability. Each challenge had pushed him to the brink,
testing not just his resolve, but also the divine essence within him. All
these tribulations had led him to this climactic face-off with An, each
leaving an indelible imprint on his soul.
Yet amongst this tapestry of memories, two moments towered
above all others – they were milestones that defined who he was and
who he would become. The day he learned of his true identity as
a god was one such instance. It was like standing at the edge of a
precipice, peering into an abyss filled with overwhelming power and
responsibility. His emotions swirled between exhilaration and terror
as he grappled with this newfound identity.
The second pivotal event was when his celestial parents limited him
by taking away most of that godly power. It felt like being plunged
into icy waters, shock-waves rippling through him as he experienced

a sudden void where immense power once thrummed. Their decision
left him feeling bereft yet burdened by their expectations for
redemption – it was both a punishment and a test that haunted him
even now."
